Aesthetic Discourse And Intellectual Dimension In Conceptual Art

 Abstract    

                    The intellectual dimension of conceptual art is determined according to a set of intellectual paths and visions, on which the form of the artwork is based, and through which the discourse addressed to the community of recipients becomes clear, and the intellectual aims it aims at, as well as on the basis of which the individual can explore the visual elements and characteristics. To understand the artistic work, especially with the openness of interpretations that allowed the recipient to enter effectively in which the various means of participation and interaction with the work varies, and to extrapolate its implications on the circumstances. accordance with the conditions of the prevailing intellectual orientation as well as the orientation of the individual himself. Accordingly, the structure of the study was established in four chapters, in which the first chapter (the methodological framework of the research) came from the research problem, which is summarized in the following question: - What is the mechanism for introducing intellectual discourse into the space of artistic work, and how to reveal these intellectual theses? The importance of the research and the need for it, and the aim of the research, were determined by defining the intellectual dimension of conceptual art, the objective and temporal limits of research, and the spatial limits, then defining the terms. its relationship to conceptual art and then came the third chapter (research procedures) in which the researcher identified the research community as approximately (15) works of art. 1- The conceptual artist seeks to elicit ideas and extract them in new formats, to explore cognitive cross-fertilization and to inform what can be determined for the recipient, and to show the artistic process in a more sober and stable manner, because it deals with the human mind and its essence that stems from the origin of its existence. As a result conceptual art works  are works  are performances of content that convey ideas and social opinions 2- Some of the works were based on the overlapping of artistic experiences in conceptual contents to simulate reality through the system of symbolic discourse provoked through events and bottlenecks that destroy openness and knowledge. 3- Conceptual art interrogates the feelings of the audience through its dissertations, in order to find out their artistic level and the amount of culture, through its mechanism in activating discourse and communication, as it identifies and depicts the positive and negative points of society and the individual, then comments on and criticizes them, and finds suitable alternatives for them.
